Mitti, a global tech company, is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Manila. You will process invoices, manage payment runs, and ensure expenses are approved and paid on time, while supporting vendors and internal teams.

Based in a hybrid Manila setup, you will work with the AP team and liaise with Australia teams. You will use Zip, NetSuite, Navan, and Intercom, applying AI-driven improvements to AP processes for accuracy and speed.

Formación

• Accurate invoice coding and matching across entities and currencies.
• Experience with AP controls including approvals workflows.
• Ability to reconcile credit card and expense data to the GL.
• Familiarity with Zip, NetSuite, Navan or Intercom; training provided.
• Clear written English for supplier communications.
• Proven track record in high-volume AP processing in fast-growing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices in Zip from intake to approval within turnaround times.
• Prepare weekly AP payment run and employee expense pay run; back up for payment run.
• Review expense reports in Navan and provide feedback on non-compliance.
• Manage AP inbox in Intercom; provide timely, accurate vendor/support responses.
• Keep supplier records in NetSuite accurate; onboard vendors and tidy records.
• Support month-end close with credit card reconciliations and other AP tasks.
• Contribute to weekly AP payables review for FP&A and flag trends or risks.
• Look for ways to improve AP with AI and automation; propose changes.
