Job summary

RFNet Technologies Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Accounts Executive in the Philippines. The role involves assisting in closing and reporting, GST returns, and audits, while collaborating with management and various departments to support operations.

You will strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with tax laws, and drive process improvements through ERP systems and automation. Strong Excel skills and proactive, detail-oriented work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Familiar with Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), GST, Tax Laws, internal controls and accounting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/O365, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in periodic accounts closing and reporting.
• Assist in GST returns, taxation and audit, ensuring compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with management and internal departments and support operational requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and adherence to financial processes and group policies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance accounting processes and reporting.
• Assist in system migration and improvement.
• Support finance-related projects and other accounting duties as assigned.
