Job summary

HRTx Inc in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounting & Admin Manager to oversee the company's accounting and financial operations from Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

You will drive month-end close, financial reporting, cost control, and ERP-related initiatives while supporting administrative efficiency and audit readiness. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting/finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, budgeting, and multi-company reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is advantageous.
• At least 5 years progressive experience in accounting or finance, ideally as Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, Controller, or Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP.
• Experience with month-end closing, financial analysis, expense monitoring, and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP implementation and/or modern ERP systems.
• Multi-company reporting experience is a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills; able to communicate with senior management.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, e.g., semiconductor or power generation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Ensure timely monthly financial closing activities with reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Review monthly expenses and identify cost leakages and opportunities for improved cost control.
• Prepare and review financial reports and provide analysis to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and policies.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and ERP initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure timely audits.
• Support inventory processes and regulatory filings as applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting, administrative, and reporting processes; promote lean practices.
