Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced BPO Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager for Accounting Operations in Alabang (Muntinlupa). The role covers leadership, process optimization, and ensuring service delivery excellence in a hybrid setup.

You will oversee accounting workflows, manage high-performing teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with client expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Experience as BPO Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
• Strong background in accounting operations, finance workflows, or business process services.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and hit KPIs/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop operations supervisors and team members to achieve targets.
• Oversee accounting-related workflows and service delivery processes.
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and KPI/SLA compliance.
