Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Delivery Lead Manager to oversee end-to-end revenue recognition in line with ASC 606 and US GAAP. You will lead close cycles, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, 8–10 years of revenue accounting experience, and expertise in Oracle Fusion, SQL, Excel, and Power BI. The position is on-site at Quezon City and involves SOX/compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Technical Revenue Accounting and Revenue Accounting.
• Strong ASC 606 expertise and leadership experience (5+ years).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and SQL-based data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes for revenue, including journal entries and related estimates.
• Provide technical guidance on US GAAP, ASC 606, and complex revenue arrangements.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports and analyses.
• Oversee reconciliations including accounts receivable and doubtful accounts.
• Act as audit liaison for internal and external requirements.
