Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Publishes the Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet by the 10th of each month following month-end.
• Checks the bank reconciliations of all bank accounts monthly.
• Manages all accounting disbursement transactions in the SAP system.
• Handles monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of the books of accounts.
• Reviews the corresponding cost of sales and expenses.
• Ensures the timely recording of all monthly expenses.
• Monitors monthly General Ledger reconciliations.
• Checks payroll registers against journal entries monthly.
• Reconciles government contributions monthly and submits the records to the external accountant.
• Prepares and reconciles the annual Alphalist of Employees.
• Monitors budgets and tracks departmental expenses.
