Job Vacancy Phil is seeking a senior accounting leader to oversee accounting operations in Makati, Philippines. You will supervise the AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets teams, ensure timely, accurate financial statements, and drive improvements in close processes and internal controls.

The role requires a CPA license and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance, with 5–7 years of accounting experience including 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Must have a CPA license
• Other relevant certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise accounting functions, including AP, AR, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
• Manage financial closing, reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, BIR regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Improve accounting processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
