NXTMILE Motors Inc. in Kawit, Cavite, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. You will lead a team of accounting professionals and ensure compliance with GAAP and Philippine tax regulations.

This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, timely financial statements, and collaboration with auditors and management to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has CPA certification and at least five years in accounting leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years' progressive experience in accounting management or senior accounting roles.
• Experience leading accounting teams of varying sizes and providing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, GL maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.
• Oversee accounting policies, controls and internal procedures.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff and manage budgeting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
• Implement and optimize accounting systems and processes.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing.
