Perfecthealth Specialty Enterprises Corporation is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support reporting and compliance.

You will supervise staff, review transactions, assist with budgeting and audits, and help strengthen internal controls, cash flow management, and financial analysis. CPA not required; extensive accounting experience and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is not required.
• At least 2 years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory or senior-level responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in managing the company's financial resources.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staff, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support management by providing financial information and recommendations for decision-making.
• Assist in payroll review and other finance-related activities as assigned.
