Job summary

MASE HOLDINGS INC. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the Accounting Office, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant recording of financial transactions in the Philippines.

The role covers GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will manage month-end closing, variances, and audit coordination while strengthening internal controls and fostering a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years accounting experience with supervisory or team leadership.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience with GL, financial reporting, audits, and closes.
• Experience with multi-unit or project-based accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy and controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with reconciliations.
• Oversee AP/AR, ensure proper validation and documentation.
• Coordinate tax accounting, compliance, and external advisors.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting, asset verification.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Improve policies, controls, and explore automation opportunities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; ensure continuity
