Job summary

The General Ledger Manager at KCC Malls will oversee GL accounting operations, ensuring accurate, complete and timely financial records and reports. The role leads financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, policy implementation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include people management such as supervision, training, performance evaluation, and staffing support, along with collaboration with finance teams to drive accurate reporting and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in General Ledger or Financial Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine Financial Reporting Standard.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Oracle Financial System experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
