Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Financial Operations professional in the Philippines to join a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm. You will work with U.S.-based teams, handle reconciliations, fixed assets, journal entries, and cash tasks while supporting audit requirements. A CPA is an advantage, with 2–4 years of accounting experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required or related field.
CPA license is an advantage.
2–4 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
Experience with ERP systems; Workday preferred.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; pivot tables and lookups recommended.

Responsibilities

Ensure balance sheets reconciliation is prepared accurately and timely.
Register and manage fixed assets and prepaids; run monthly amortization and depreciation.
Prepare journal entries for accruals, recurring and one-time transactions.
Assist in daily cash recording and ad hoc banking tasks.
Investigate and resolve variance analysis issues.
Support audit requirements and 1099 reporting.
