Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Financial Operations professional in the Philippines to join a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm. You will handle balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets and cash processes, and journal entries while partnering with U.S. teams and global offices.

You will work a hybrid schedule (2x in office, 3x WFH) and may engage in process improvements and special projects under senior management guidance. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (Workday preferred) are essential.

Qualifications

• A valid CPA license is an advantage for this role.
• Amenable to work mid shift 3 pm–12 am PHT and/or 8 pm–5 am PHT.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any Finance related.

Responsibilities

• Ensure balance sheets reconciliations are prepared accurately and timely.
• Register and manage fixed assets and prepaids in Workday; run monthly amortization and depreciation.
• Prepare journal entries for accruals, recurring and one-time transactions.
• Assist in daily cash recording and ad hoc banking tasks.
• Investigate and resolve variance analysis issues.
• Prepare revenue journals.
• Support audit requirements and seasonal tasks (e.g., 1099 reporting).
• Maintain vendor listings and coordinate with AP for accrual completeness.
