Job summary

Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm with a Philippines presence, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join the Business Operations - Finance Team. You will lead the accounting department and ensure timely close, budgeting, and financial reporting in a hybrid setup.

Key duties include overseeing month-end processes, payroll, tax reporting, audits, and process improvements; require CPA and 2–3 years leadership; two days onsite and three days work-from-home, with full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required.
• At least 2–3 years of leadership in full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with accounting systems is required; Workday preferred.
• Shared Services/BPO or accounting firm background desirable.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently; proactive with management needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the accounting department's day-to-day operations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, AP/AR, cash receipts, GL, budgeting.
• Advise management on finance and accounting matters; implement improvements.
• Handle tax reporting, audits, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure timely closing of books and accurate financial reporting.
