Job summary

Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, is hiring a Senior Accounting Associate in the Philippines. You will work with a team that serves Retail, Franchise and Hospitality clients, with a midshift (3pm-12mn PHT) and hybrid setup.

The role emphasizes automation, asset management, reconciliations, and cash projections to help clients optimize performance. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in accounting, 3–4 years in BPO, experience with Sage Intacct, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 3-4 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience using accounting software, preferably Sage Intacct.
• Experience handling Retail, Franchise and Hospitality clients.
• CPA license is a plus.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Hybrid work arrangement is acceptable.
• Midshift schedule (3pm-12mn PHT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Automation: verify and fix automated items across sales, payroll, inventory, and payables.
• Fixed Assets: ensure assets included, correct terms, save invoices, and update depreciation.
• Delivery Recs: record charges, delivery fees, sales tax, and related items.
• Investment Reconciliation: ensure investment accounts tie and are correctly accounted.
• Transmittal: transmit to McDonalds by the 25th and validate points.
• Ratios: explain ratios and share trends with clients.
• Cash Projections: forecast cash needs 5–20 days ahead for each client.
• E-Sales: ensure sales data to McDonalds by 12:00pm Central and verify deductions.
