Connext Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant (Sage Intacct) to manage general ledger activities, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities.

The role requires strong skills in reconciliations and financial analysis in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support journal entries, intercompany processes, and audits, with a focus on maintaining accurate schedules and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience using Sage Intacct is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel functions including lookups, pivot tables, and managing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities, identifying aged items and discrepancies.
• Support month-end close through journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments.
• Perform bank, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations while resolving outstanding balances.
• Maintain supporting schedules for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other accounts.
• Analyze financial variances, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support audits and accounting process improvements through accurate documentation and standardized workflows.
