Job summary

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant 1 to support accounting operations with a focus on bank reconciliations, cash application, accounts receivable, and financial analysis.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to independently investigate and resolve financial discrepancies. Work Setup: Onsite in Davao City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, cash application, AR, and general accounting.
• Proficient with accounting software such as Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank and account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, variances, and unidentified transactions.
• Apply customer payments and research unapplied cash.
• Support AR activities, including aging review, statements, and payment follow-ups.
• Assist with month-end accounting and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.
