SYSGEN RPO in the Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to support monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple business units. You will handle journal entries, vendor and customer invoicing, and data requests for tax preparation.

You will collaborate with senior management and clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related field required.
• 2–3 years in fast-paced, collaborative projects.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication with senior management and clients.

Responsabilités

• Record monthly journal entries related to revenue, adjustments, expenses, fixed assets, etc.
• Reconciliations of various accounts.
• Reporting for business units on financials and KPIs.
• Support data requests for financial compilation and tax returns.
• Support process improvements for Finance team.
• Ad-hoc financial analyses for management decisions.
• Manage customer collections and expense reimbursements.
• Process vendor invoices and generate customer invoices.
• Process vendor payments and assist with commission calculations.
• Assist with month-end close packet preparation.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
