Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Senior Finance Accountant to lead the finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely close processes. You will oversee the GL, reconciliations, and reporting, guiding the team through month-end cycles and delivering actionable insights to support business growth.

This onsite night-shift role requires 6+ years in accounting, strong Excel/QuickBooks skills, experience with ERP systems, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Hands-on in General Ledger, reconciliation, payments, and FA tasks.
• Strong budget and forecast tracking; audit prep and compliance.
• Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency.
• Proficiency with modern accounting systems and ERP software.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be willing to work onsite in our Pasay City office on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger mastery: record complex journals, accruals, and adjustments.
• End-to-End reconciliation: balance sheet accounts to ensure data integrity.
• Financial cycle management: month-end and year-end close; prepare reports.
• Strategic planning support: assist budgeting and forecast efforts with cash flow monitoring.
• Audit & compliance: coordinate audit prep and ensure compliance with standards.
• Payments & operations: oversee accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Agility & optimization: handle ad hoc tasks and process improvements.
