Job summary

BIMTEC Philippines seeks an experienced Accountant to ensure timely financial statements and accurate reporting, manage client relationships, and support audits. You will handle reconciliations, payroll cost control, tax compliance, and documentation archiving with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role covers monthly bank reconciliations, cost monitoring, and collaboration with internal and external auditors to ensure financial integrity and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have a BSc in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; IFRS knowledge required.
• Strong client management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and numeracy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts with banks, suppliers, customers monthly.
• Assist the FCM in collections and payroll records.
• Prepare and archive financial documents and bank/cash movements.
• Handle daily GL activities and payment issuances.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and summarize aging for receivables/payables.
