This role involves independent accounting management for the Philippine entity following IFRS, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-set accounting and prepare financial statements promptly.
• Review source documents for compliance, authenticity, and completeness; organize and archive properly.
• Plan and file taxes, identify risks, ensure compliance, and implement tax optimization.
• Coordinate with external and internal audits, prepare materials, follow up on findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments on finance matters, providing professional support and ensuring compliance.
• Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Familiar with Philippine tax laws and IFRS.
• At least 3 years of full-set accounting experience in a multinational company; FinTech or Philippine local accounting background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; intermediate accountant certification or above preferred.
• Good English reading and writing skills; proficient in handling English emails and financial reports.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, with strong sense of responsibility and execution; able to adapt to the company's work pace.
