Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Record and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and accrued liabilities.
• Process supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Verify supporting documents before payment processing.
• Prepare checks, bank transfers, and payment vouchers.
• Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments.
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare billing statements and official receipts.
• Coordinate with clients regarding collections and payment concerns.
• Prepare aging reports and follow up overdue accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with BIR regulations.
• Ensure timely remittance of withholding taxes, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
• Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documents.
• Assist during BIR audits and tax assessments.
• Assist in payroll computation and verification.
• Ensure proper recording of payroll expenses and statutory deductions.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Analyze financial data and identify variances.
