NYGC Services INC is seeking a Senior Accountant to support General Ledger operations, supervise Junior Accountants, and oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations. You will collaborate with BU Finance to resolve variances and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal controls, leading process improvements, and managing a team. Strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and CPA preferred are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel; excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; multitasking under pressure.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environments; international exposure.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison with BU Finance/CFO on GL matters.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules.
• Lead month-end close with journals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate intercompany AR/AP and inventory reconciliations.
• Review results and drive corrective actions; maintain fixed assets.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and reporting.
