Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of private-sector corporate accounting experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities (Team Lead/Supervisor or POC).
• Willing to hands-on transaction work and book clean-up when needed.
• US client exposure required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GL lifecycle and ensure ledger integrity.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journals, reconciliations, and schedules review.
• Analyze monthly P&L and balance sheet variances.
• Collaborate with AP/AR/Payroll to resolve variances and improve workflows.
