Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior General Ledger Accountant to manage end-to-end GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close in a high-performance global finance environment.

You will ensure US GAAP reporting, maintain SOX controls, and lead continuous improvements through standardization and automation across accounting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and OneStream is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.

Are you an accounting expert seeking to drive financial accuracy and process efficiency in a high-performing global environment? We are looking for an experienced Senior General Ledger Accountant to manage end-to-end general ledger accounting, ensure robust financial controls, and lead continuous process improvements within our finance organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Ledger & Month-End Close: Manage end-to-end general ledger operations, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Financial Reporting & US GAAP: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in strict compliance with US GAAP standards.

• Governance & Internal Controls: Maintain robust SOX compliance environments, perform account reconciliations, and safeguard audit readiness.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across accounting workflows using strategic prioritization principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience, ideally within a Shared Services, manufacturing, or multinational corporate environment.

• Systems Expertise: Experience with enterprise ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and OneStream is strongly preferred.

• Core Competencies: In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, account reconciliations, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
