IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own month-end close, prepare financial reporting packages, and support audits. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive accurate GAAP reporting and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting, and a strong grasp of GAAP. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in public accounting with month-end close and reporting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles (journal entries and reconciliations).
