Job summary

Groworx is seeking a Project Manager / Transition Manager to own delivery across client programmes, uniting people, compliance and operations. You will shape the experience of hundreds of internationally deployed healthcare workers and manage trusted relationships with major corporate clients across Australia, Singapore and beyond.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project, operations or account management.
• Experience in global B2B client programs.
• Experience building processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Proficient with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client programs, from onboarding to reporting.
• Primary contact for large B2B clients and build long-term trust.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines and milestones for each engagement.
• Run regular client reviews on program health, worker performance and pipeline.
• Manage concurrent deployment programs across clients, countries and regulations.
• Build and improve operational workflows, SOPs and delivery frameworks that scale.
• Track KPIs: deployment timelines, compliance, worker satisfaction and client NPS.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and resolve them before delivery is affected.
• Meet immigration, labour and safety requirements in every jurisdiction.
• Coordinate with compliance teams on records, documentation and audit trails.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for large B2B clients and build long-term trust.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines and milestones for each engagement.
• Run regular client reviews on program health, worker performance and pipeline.
• Manage concurrent deployment programs across clients, countries and regulations.
• Build and improve operational workflows, SOPs and delivery frameworks that scale.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years in project, operations or account management.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, staffing or professional services.
• Proven record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs for global B2B clients.
• Experience building processes from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.
• Background in compliance, workforce deployment, immigration or healthcare.
• Confident presenting to C-suite clients and writing clear, professional reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data behind your decisions.
• Highly organized, able to hold multiple priorities at once.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana or ClickUp.
• A deep sense of empathy and service orientation.
  
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage.
