Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a full-time Program Manager to fuse consultants, client execs and vendors into a laser-focused squad. You will own delivery of A$20–A$50 million initiatives, align sponsors, and drive transparent KPIs.

The role blends waterfall, agile and hybrid methods, with opportunities for Australia-based travel. You will lead 40+ people, mentor rising talent, and report with crisp dashboards while preserving delivery quality and client value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver multiproject programs with large budgets.
• Experience leading large teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong integrity, clear communication and stakeholder savvy.
• Fluency in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities
