About the role
Project Manager / Transition Manager who will be the heartbeat of our delivery engine – the person who ensures that every program runs with precision, every client is delighted, and every deployed worker feels safe, supported, and set up for success. This is a pivotal position at the intersection of people, compliance, and operational excellence. You will directly shape the experience of hundreds of internationally deployed healthcare workers while building trusted partnerships with major corporate clients across Australia, Singapore, and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of client programs – from onboarding new corporate accounts through to ongoing workforce deployment and performance reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large B2B clients, building deep trust and proactively identifying opportunities to exceed expectations
- Develop and maintain program delivery plans, timelines, and milestones for each client engagement
- Conduct regular client reviews, presenting data-driven insights on program health, worker performance, and pipeline status
- Manage multiple concurrent deployment programs across different clients, countries, and regulatory environments
- Build and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and delivery frameworks that scale as the company grows
- Track and report on KPIs including deployment timelines, compliance milestones, worker satisfaction, and client NPS
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early, escalating and resolving issues before they impact delivery or worker welfare
- Ensure all deployments meet international immigration, labour, and safety compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (Australia, Singapore, and others)
- Coordinate with internal and external compliance teams to maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails
About you
- 5+ years in project management, operations management, or account management – ideally in a BPO, shared services, staffing, or professional services environment
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs for global B2B clients
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you built processes from the ground up
- Background in industries involving compliance, workforce deployment, immigration, or healthcare
- Exceptional communication skills – you can present confidently to C-suite clients and write crisp, professional reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias toward data-driven decision making
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with modern productivity and project management software
- Deep sense of empathy and service orientation
- Proven experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
