Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive B2B/ICT opportunities across enterprise and government sectors in Valenzuela, Metro Manila. You will apply Challenger insight selling to position solutions competitively and own strategic account plans to expand and retain major deals.

The role requires 4–6+ years in B2B/ICT sales with a proven track record of large, complex wins and consistently meeting quotas, plus strong executive presence to manage

• Apply Challenger insight selling (IXS-TRN-018); position competitively (IXS-SAL-016).
• Own account & key-account plans (IXS-SAL-026); drive expansion and retention.
• Mentor AEs and SDRs; uphold the IXS standard.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting on the largest deals.
