Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned ICT sales professional to lead enterprise and government opportunities, including PhilGEPS and RA 9184 processes. You will drive strategic account plans and mentor junior sales staff in a results-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of B2B/ICT sales with an enterprise/government track record, strong executive presence, and proven ability to close large deals while maintaining disciplined forecasting.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years B2B/ICT sales with enterprise and/or government track record.
• Proven large-deal/complex wins; consistent quota over-achievement.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise, key-account and government (PhilGEPS, RA 9184) opportunities.
• Apply Challenger insight selling (IXS-TRN-018); position competitively (IXS-SAL-016).
• Own account & key-account plans (IXS-SAL-026); drive expansion and retention.
• Mentor AEs and SDRs; uphold the IXS standard.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting on the largest deals.
