Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Security Solutions Product Lead for Southeast Asia East (IDN, PHP, VN) to drive GTM, roadmap, and commercial success across the division. Lead pricing, partnerships, and lifecycle management while ensuring secure, scalable payments solutions that meet regional needs.

You will work with global and regional teams to deliver value, accelerate adoption, and maintain leadership in security offerings across SEA East markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of security & risk in payments domain.
• Proven experience in GTM strategy, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia regulatory and fraud landscape.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional commercial performance for SEA East Security Solutions portfolio, incl. revenue growth and profitability.
• Serve as senior product SME and client-facing expert, supporting customer engagements and RFPs.
• Identify market needs, validate concepts, and build business cases for new solutions.
• Define and drive regional product innovation agenda and roadmap with local partnerships.
• Define and manage pricing strategies, billing models, and product lifecycle.
• Monitor performance and fraud trends; refine scalable delivery models for quality outcomes.
• Drive adoption/retention by partnering with Customer Success and delivery teams.
• Develop GTM strategies including bundling and pricing for new solutions.
• Equip Sales with compelling value props, playbooks, and training.
• Evaluate product-market fit and maintain feedback loops with global teams.
