Job summary

Pointer Digital Security Philippines Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate security services from monitoring to hardware installations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with industry standards.

You will oversee service delivery, develop SOPs, manage vendor relationships and procurement, and drive process improvements across departments while tracking KPIs and maintaining security certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in operations, preferably within the tech or security industry.
• Technical knowledge of Digital Security (such as CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, FDAS, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage teams, including technical staff and administrative personnel.
• Experience handling complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule.
• The ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are profitable.
• Strong skills in crisis management and the ability to fix operational bottlenecks.
• Clear professional communication for dealing with both technical teams and high-level management.
• Able to travel
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of security projects and SLA adherence.
• Process Optimization: Develop SOPs for incident reporting, hardware installation, and data handling.
• Compliance and Risk Oversight: Ensure operations comply with data privacy laws and certifications (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Supply Chain and Procurement: Manage vendor relationships and procurement of cameras, servers, and licenses.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise between technical, sales, and HR to align staffing with capabilities.
• Financial Performance Tracking: Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like uptime, MTTR, and technician utilization.
