Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in a security management or supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing security policies, procedures and standards.
• Demonstrable experience in personnel management, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, technologies and best practices.
• Excellent understanding of relevant security legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in incident management and investigation procedures.
• Advanced proficiency with security management software and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical fitness to perform security duties.
• Relevant security certifications or qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities
