Qualifications

• Experience leading Managed Services or MSSP delivery teams is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across global and regional teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and coordination with technical and non-technical audiences.
