Job summary

Grand Meritus Security Agency seeks a Security Services Account Manager – Government and Private Key Accounts to oversee security operations for key accounts on client sites in the Philippines and at head office coordination. You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will lead client relationship management, supervise security personnel, monitor SLAs and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years managing a key account.
• Certified Security Professional (CSP) certification required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for the client regarding all security operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments for staffing, equipment, and incident response.
• Monitor compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Lead deployment, performance, and discipline of security personnel on the client account.
• Prepare operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for client and management.
• Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and expansions with the client.
