Job Summary:
The Security Services Account Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all security service operations dedicated to all Government and Private Key Accounts. This role ensures that the client receives excellent service, that security personnel perform according to agreed standards, and that all operational, administrative, and compliance requirements are met. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the security company, driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for the client regarding all security operations.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with client stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.
Conduct regular meetings with the client to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve concerns.
Ensure that client satisfaction is consistently measured and addressed.
Operational Oversight
Supervise the deployment, performance, and discipline of security personnel assigned to the client.
Monitor daily security operations to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement of security operations.
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Operations, Training, Logistics) for staffing, equipment, and incident response.
Personnel Management
Manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of security personnel for the client account.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend corrective actions or rewards as appropriate.
Ensure that all security staff are properly trained, licensed, and compliant with Philippine regulations.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to both client and internal management.
Monitor incidents, security breaches, or deviations, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with Philippine laws, local government regulations, and industry standards.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Monitor account budget, billing, and resource allocation to maintain profitability.
Recommend cost optimization measures without compromising service quality.
Participate in contract renewals, negotiations, and expansions with the client.
Crisis Management
Lead response efforts during emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with client representatives and local authorities.
Develop and maintain contingency plans and emergency protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years managing a key account.
Experience must be gained within any security field including corporate security, private security agency, government, or law enforcement environments.
Strong knowledge of Philippine security regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record in client relationship management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Certified Security Professional (CSP)
Certified Security Professional (CSP) certification must be held at the time of application.
