Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of security management experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOD facilities security policies and ISC RM Process.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and external agencies.
• Proficiency with security systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operation across facilities and access control.
• Manage security personnel including supervisors and staff.
• Develop and enforce site security guidelines and policies.
• Provide training on security techniques and emergency response.
• Coordinate with external agencies for emergency management.
• Monitor and report on security projects and program reviews.
