Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation is seeking a Securities Custodian Associate in Manila to manage the scanning, renaming, and indexing of tax declarations, TCTs, and other vital documents for upload into the THEREFORE system.

The role involves ensuring all documents are scanned, saved in the correct folders, properly renamed and indexed, and uploaded to the THEREFORE platform. Candidates should have a business background and strong Excel/Open Office skills.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Open Office.
• Graduate from a business-related course.

Responsibilities

• Scan Tax Declarations, TCT and other vital documents.
• Ensure all TD and TCT receipts are scanned.
• Save scanned documents into the designated folder.
• Rename and index scanned documents properly.
• Upload all scanned documents to the THEREFORE system.
• Maintain accurate system records of scanned titles and declarations.
• Assist in title and tax declaration releases when needed.
• Serve as backup to the Custodian when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

• Scanning of Documents (Tax Declaration, TCT and all Vitaldocuments.
• Ensure that all TCT and TD receives must bescanned
• All scanned documents must be saved in folder.
• Ensure proper renaming and indexing of scanneddocuments
• All scanned documents must be uploaded in theTHEREFORE.
• Performs scanning ofall titles and tax declarations received.
• Maintain designatedfolders where scanned documents are saved.
• Ensure correctrenaming and indexing of scanned documents.
• Ensure that all scanned documents are uploaded in the THEREFORE system

SAFEKEEPING AND MONTORING OF ALL TITLES ANDTAX DECLARATIONS

• Maintains accurate system recording of allscanned titles and tax declarations.
• Answers queries on scanning anduploading related transactions.Other Functions:
• Assists in title and tax declaration releasing and other relatedtransactions for Securities Custodianship when necessary.
• Acts as backup to the Custodian whenneeded

Technical Competencies and Skills
