Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Securities Custodian Associate responsible for scanning, renaming and indexing tax declarations, transfer titles and other vital documents for uploading in the THEREFORE system.

You will maintain accurate digital records, ensure proper naming, organize documents in folders, and support uploading transactions. Strong Excel and written communication skills are preferred, plus a business-related degree.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Open Office.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scanning of documents (Tax Declaration, TCT and all Vital documents).
• Ensure all scanned documents are renamed and indexed.
• All scanned documents must be uploaded in the THEREFORE system.
• Maintain designated folders where scanned documents are saved.
• Answers queries on scanning and uploading related transactions.
