• Candidate Experience & Branding: act as brand ambassador to attract top talent
• COE Initiatives: collaborate on market-based pay, performance frameworks, engagement
• Data Analytics & Reporting: create dashboards to measure COE program effectiveness
• Data-Driven Decision Making: use metrics to improve recruiting strategies
