Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Binan, Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an HR Section Manager / Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic sourcing, full lifecycle recruitment, and COE initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-7+ years experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing and Networking to identify passive candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment including postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Champion candidate experience and employer branding.
• Collaborate with COE leaders to implement programs and structures.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure COE program effectiveness.
• Use data to drive recruitment strategy and pipeline improvements.

Job Location: Binan, Laguna

What you will be doing:

• Strategic Sourcing & Networking:Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry events, and networking.
• End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Candidate Experience & Branding:Act as a brand ambassador, providing a positive, professional experience to attract top-tier talent.
• Implementation of COE Initiatives:Collaborate with COE leaders (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to roll out new programs, such as market-based pay structures, performance management frameworks, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Data Analytics & Reporting:Create dashboards and reports to measure the efficiency of COE programs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:Use metrics to analyze and improve recruiting strategies and pipeline efficiency

What will you bring along:

• Experience:3-7+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, or similar role and HR Operations, HRIS, or specialized HR roles (Comp & Ben, Talent Management).
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Technology:Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel).
• Sourcing Skills:Expertise in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches).
• Project Management:Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
• Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Able to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Open to work in Binan, Laguna
