Resolv Global is seeking friendly Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for the upcoming holiday season in the Philippines. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, handling orders, product questions, and account updates with a warm, professional style.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience with order management platforms. Training is conducted 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, with shifts 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST and at least one weekend day.
