Ideal candidates have prior e-commerce or retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems. Training and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or support experience essential.
• Experience with order questions, returns or product inquiries preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or other order management platforms is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required for this English-speaking role.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service across phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inbound calls related to orders and inquiries.
• Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the ordering process.
• Answer questions about orders, products, and services.
• Resolve concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Process accommodations and update orders accurately.
• Document interactions in customer service systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Communicate escalated issues clearly with internal teams.
• Support customers via phone, email, and chat as required.
• Maintain high accuracy and satisfaction during peak season.
