Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a qualified maintenance technician to service seamer and filler equipment on the production line in Misamis Oriental. You will perform repairs, adjustments and improvements under the Engineering Supervisor's direction.

Requirements include a Technical-Vocational Diploma or related certificate, at least 2 years in a food-manufacturing setting, familiarity with lubrication and drawings, and willingness to work on shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• At least Technical-Vocational Diploma or short course certificate in engineering.
• With at least 2 years of experience as a seamer mechanic or maintenance technician in a food-manufacturing setting; canning line experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with machine lubrication, alignment and equipment adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documents.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, adjustments, replacements and improvements/modifications of filler/seamer as directed by the Engineering Supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of machineries and equipment.
• Conduct routine lubrication needs of the machine.
• Analyze seamer machine performance and coordinate corrective action with the Supervisor.
