Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Electronics Technology or related vocational program.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of production equipment.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in the listed processes is highly preferred.

Equipment Technician Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, or any related Technical/Vocational course.

• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.

• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of production equipment, preferably:

  • Deflashing Machines (BOL)

  • Trim and Form Machines (BOL)

  • Molding Machines (FOL)

  • Wire Bond Machines (FOL)

  • Die Bond Machines (FOL)

  • Dicing Machines

• Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in any of the above processes is highly preferred.

• Able to read, understand, and follow work instructions, operating procedures, and quality standards.

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is an advantage.

• Can work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
