Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a qualified maintenance technician to service seamer and filler equipment on the production line in Misamis Oriental. You will perform repairs, adjustments and improvements under the Engineering Supervisor's direction.

Requirements include a Technical-Vocational Diploma or related certificate, at least 2 years in a food-manufacturing setting, familiarity with lubrication and drawings, and willingness to work on shifting schedules.

Qualifications

At least Technical-Vocational Diploma or short course certificate in engineering.
With at least 2 years of experience as a seamer mechanic or maintenance technician in a food-manufacturing setting; canning line experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with machine lubrication, alignment and equipment adjustments.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documents.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

Carry out repairs, adjustments, replacements and improvements/modifications of filler/seamer as directed by the Engineering Supervisor.
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of machineries and equipment.
Conduct routine lubrication needs of the machine.
Analyze seamer machine performance and coordinate corrective action with the Supervisor.
