• Responsibilities include recruitment strategy, market development, partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Southeast Asia growth strategy aligned with GEDU's global objectives.
• Lead market intelligence, identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
• Drive expansion through partnerships, institutions, and recruitment initiatives.
• Identify and develop new recruitment channels across the region.
• Establish GEDU as a leading international education provider in SEA.
• Deliver enrolment and revenue targets across GEDU brands.
• Lead recruitment funnel from leads to enrolment; improve conversion at each stage.
• Manage agency partners, education agents, institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Represent GEDU at conferences, fairs, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Student Recruitment, Visa, Compliance, and Operations.
• Ensure CRM accuracy, forecast enrolments, and provide market insights to leadership.
• Manage budgets and drive cost-effective recruitment activities.
• Foster performance, learning, and succession planning within regional teams.
