Jobs_that_makesense Asia is seeking a Growth Lead to convert its growing Southeast Asia audience into engaged job seekers, learners and paying participants. You will lead user acquisition, conversion and revenue growth strategies across JTMS Asia, focusing on attracting the right audiences to our platform.

This hands-on role spans paid campaigns, CRM automation, data analytics and growth experiments, working with Communications, Business Developers, Events, and programme teams to optimise

Qualifications

• At least three years hands-on growth marketing experience.
• Experience developing and implementing digital acquisition strategies with measurable results.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google/Meta/LinkedIn).
• Experience building and optimising lead generation and conversion funnels for B2C products/services/events.
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics and tracking.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and using data to optimise performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the online conversion and sales funnels for JTMS Asia products and events.
• Design and optimise customer journeys from discovery to enrolment or ticket purchase.
• Develop pricing offers, early-bird campaigns and promotional strategies to improve conversion.
• Build landing pages and forms to simplify enrolment and purchasing processes.
• Implement lead nurturing campaigns via email, CRM automations and retargeting.
• Segment audiences to connect people with relevant opportunities.
• Collaborate with programme and events teams to align marketing messages with participant experience.
• Regularly share insights to improve campaign planning and decision-making.
