Job summary

Acumen, part of the Sannam S4 Group, seeks a Student Recruitment Manager to support an Australian education client from the Philippines. You will engage recruitment agents, represent the institution at events, and counsel prospective students to boost applications.

You will work with the International Student Recruitment team, coordinate with Admissions, and report on activities and outcomes, while travelling as needed to regional events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree and/or relevant combination of skills and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in international education recruitment or experience in sales and meeting/or exceeding targets with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge on international education.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of recruitment activities to meet annual targets for the Philippines market and other markets as requested.
• Represent the Institution at education promotions and recruitment events, building relationships with agents and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the International Student Recruitment team to hit shared targets and improve recruitment activity.
• Coordinate with International Admissions to ensure adherence to Admission Guidelines and Policies and ESOS compliance.
• Support the Regional Manager with campus visits, budget input, reporting, and stakeholder relationship management.
